3 Cube Projects Pvt. Ltd. claims to be highly professional company in the real estate construction business. They claim to have rich experience of building commercial as well as residential projects in hyderabad, chennai and bangalore. Elil Abode is their first residential project in bangalore. This project was started in March 2007. The project site is situated in Mahadevapura, Outer Ring Road, Bangalore. You can visit the site if you go towards KR PURAM from Marathahalli on outer ring road opposite Mega More Store. Apartments nearby are celebrity mansion, vijaya regency and nester raga. The site is adjacent to DRDO.

Till now builder hasn't completed construction. The whole apartment is in mess. Lot of irregularities like deviation from approved layout plans, construction of one more illegal block,  no rain water harvesting etc. The building has still not got BBMP approvals. Builder is in no mood to complete pending things.

Please don't do a mistake of buying apartment in Elil ABode, Mahadevapura and also dont do a mistake of taking any apartment even on rent. There is no water. Single borewell has dried up. No lifts. Bad roads. Water stagnation in parking area during rainy season. Water seepage in apartments during rainy season. Few days back, even common area electricity connection was disconnected by Bescom for non-payment of electricity bills putting whole building in darkness. Due to these reasons, maintenance cost is very high compared to other apartments. Staying in this apartment is causing mental tension to oneself.
