Accurate collected Maintenanceof 25rs/sft upfront for initial one year during the flat booking period, as I am in abroad they have collected my sign on maintenance agreement without date while I was in india in 2018 oct. later they modified to their wish date 01 July 2018, though they have completed flat in feb 2019, they would like to charge from July 2018. This is an epic evidence of their decadence. And shows how greedy they are.


Similarly they have done so many fraudulent incidents while disbursements as well.


Bottom line is. We can buy the apartment As it has a nice community. However, be cautious during the agreements.
