I recently visited Ruparel Panache in Santacruz(West), and I was very impressed. Flats are ready-to-move-in and work has already started on interiors. Its 2 and 3 BHK homes are very big, almost 20% larger than normal flats in the market. I and my brother have already booked 3 BHK here.

• Thats where I found Ruparel Westsky. I love the name Westsky. So cool.

When I visited, I loved the rooftop amenities and how theyve used space smartly. The kids play area and sky gym were truly appealing.

It has that premium feel.

I was impressed by how luxurious the lobby and common areas were. The location is top-notch.

Homes give a premium feeling, but the pricing is on the higher side. I liked that the staff was polite.

Best for people looking for exclusivity and a prime location.

I was happy to see that the flats had spacious balconies and good ventilation. The location is also pretty convenient as it is close to Inorbit Mall. The construction quality also looked solid during my site visit.

I liked the teme of "green" living. It had vertical gardens and open terrace spaces. The floor plan was well made, and the views from higher floors were amazing. Eco-living and modern comforts are both in place.

I liked the planning. Parel location was a big plus for me, as my office is in Dadar. I, m considering it purely for its future resale potential and central location.

Quality of finish at that price point they are offering is incredible. Common spaces are well designed and are so luxurious. I would surely recommend Nova for a practical pick.

The company is good for those who wish to work hard and grow in their career. Here, you will have a learning-centric work culture advantage, especially form those who are highly experienced. Also, there are lots of career-changing opportunities you can experience here. I myself have worked on many new and challenging development projects, and have earned enough amount of knowledge, and built my thought process in a better way.

Ruparel Vivanza is a decent project overall, but my experience wasn’t very smooth. The location is good and connectivity is fine, which is definitely a plus. The construction quality also looks okay, and the project has a modern design.

But there were delays in communication and I felt the team wasn’t very transparent about a few things. Some of the promises during the site visit didn’t match the actual details later. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad choice but it’s also not something that impressed me too much.

It’s an average project. If they improve their customer service and transparency, it could be much better.

I am living in a ruparel apartment for 8 months now. I liked the finishing and interiors. The best part is the sea view from the balcony. I was not expecting this at this price point in Mumbai. Maintenance is also handled well and there is no issue with water or electricity so far.

Bought a flat in Ruparel's affordable housing project and am impressed with the amazing amenities offered for the price. It has a private deck, rooftop swimming pool, kids' play area, landscaped gardens and so much more.
