I lived at Maplewood Residences for about 10 months. My experience was mixed there were a few things I really liked, but also some issues that made me decide not to renew my lease.

What I liked:

Spacious Layout: The one-bedroom unit I rented had a great open layout with large windows and decent natural light.

Location: Its close to public transportation, with a bus stop right outside and the metro just a 10-minute walk away. Plus, several restaurants and a grocery store are nearby.

Friendly Staff: The leasing office staff were always polite and helpful. Move-in was smooth, and they made sure everything was clean and ready.

When you search for a Migsun group reviews online. you will find multiple negatives as those are intentionally submitted to push down builder.

But go for the visit once and you will see the ameneties.

I had taken a flat in a monsoon project. For some issues of the flat I went to Migsun office, waited for 2-3 hours and tried to contact again, Migsun office employees did not respond, after repeated efforts an employee came or talked. After talking to him I said that I have been waiting for you for quite some time and he said that he has to make me wait for him. It seemed as if he considered himself a builder. Migsun office employees gave me another solution that my senior did not come or someone who was less than you. No one did their work properly.

Go to migsun office with your problem there no one listens and talks to the customer in bad manners and the builder said in the beginning that we will complete the building on time but till now the building has not been completed. And these builder's logs are looting the money by making a necessary demand to take more money from the customer so that the customer either rents a flat or gives more money to complete his home for living.

Beware, do not buy/book any flat from this builder.

Issues:

1) project delayed for 3 years.

2) possession lene k time, extra charges unnecessarily.

3) na lift lagi, na paani aya, na koi common ammenities hai. Par offer of possession de raha illegally. Monthly Maintenance cost 4rs per sqft vasudhra mein. Jahan baaki nayi societies mein 2rs ka rate chal rhaa.

4) inke office mein jaakr baat kro to kahte ki rera mein complaint kardo. Hum kuch nai kr sakte. Hum to employees hain.

5) rera mein complaint krne k baad bhi nai maan raha unka judgement.

Stay away from thsi builder.

We have booked flat in migsun project. migsun is a fraud builder . Very bad customer servicing. We had booked the flat in 2018 and till date we have not received the handover. They don’t revert on emails and also don’t respond to any calls. For every discussion we have to go to their vaishali office.They are doing mental harassment.
