I lived at Maplewood Residences for about 10 months. My experience was mixed there were a few things I really liked, but also some issues that made me decide not to renew my lease.

What I liked:

Spacious Layout: The one-bedroom unit I rented had a great open layout with large windows and decent natural light.

Location: Its close to public transportation, with a bus stop right outside and the metro just a 10-minute walk away. Plus, several restaurants and a grocery store are nearby.

Friendly Staff: The leasing office staff were always polite and helpful. Move-in was smooth, and they made sure everything was clean and ready.

I think with migsun group project there is a smart use of space and good layouts... You don't feel cramped even in smaller unit..... A big plus in this price range! Definitely feels better planned then some other with saw
