Hi, I've opted bare shell property as per builder buy agreement. However they breaching the contract and upgraded the property by their own just to make money. They said that they have authority order so they do not hand over bare shell property. When I ask for order copy they denied. Also they are charging interest on that as well. They do not follow contract terms, they even do not fear of RERA. Every staff there asked we have order from Mr Yash miglani. This is really insane. I suggest everyone to double check before investing with them. Their mission is just to loot money from customer. They do not have even OC and they offers fit out possession. This is ridiculous. I mean they do not follow any policy or guidelines from RERA. I suggest everyone to do not fall in trap.

Migsun roof is such an affordable upcoming project being built at a very prime location in Raj nagar extension, Ghaziabad. Visited this site on my own, great connectivity. Looking forward to book a flat here.

Best Builder in NCR. Happy to invest in its project Migsun Kiaan in Vasundhara which is in the best location. Also, the connectivity is excellent. Also, the shopping centres, the facilities & conveniences are in the vicinity.

One of the best builders in Delhi/NCR. the builder has been very innovatively giving offers along with the best amenities & services. The project has a good connectivity too that makes a hassle free commute to Ghaziabad.

Recently, I & my husband booked a flat in Migsun Roof. We had a very good experience in how the CRM was helping us for every procedure to happen. Found it amazing. Also, they have been good at maintaining customer relationships!

Migsun Chor hai .not refunding my money of 1.38 lakhs .as Wealth clinic people did frod booking with migsun.and booked 2flats without my consent and used my 3checks .and duplicate signed on booking forms and did clear the check fro banks of 1.38 lakhs .

I have tried via mail and call more than 200 time s to refund my money of 1.38 lakhs .but they always denied to refund .now I did case in RERA

And soon do fir in police station.

So be aware of thease frod people of Migsun and Wealth clinic

Please don't buy any flats in the Migsun roof raj nagar extension. The builder is demanding full demand during the fit-out period by sending a demand letter to allottee. He is not providing the occupancy certificate or completion certificate. But during the disbursement of loan from Bank in construction linked plan occupancy certificate is mandatroily required to disburse the final demand of builder. Now builder is only providing

a compounding certificate in place of occupancy certificate. Now I have hold the builder payment which was demanded at the time of fit-outment period due to non availability of occupancy certificate.

since it was demanded from Bank side so till the time builder is not going to submit it I am not going to get fund any amount for this project. Now builder is charging watch & ward charges @ 0.1% of the total cost of flat per month. Now I have lodged a complaint in UPRERA. also I am thinking to lodge a case against the builder & broker in consumer court. I purchased a flat in Migsun Group(S.J.P. Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd) in Migsun Wynn. I booked a bareshell unit in their project in 2016 and recently they started demanding money for interior finish work. I filed a case in RERA and after that they cancelled my unit in there project. I'm paying for the EMI's to the bank and they have sold my flat to another buyer.

This builder is a fraud. I would request not to invest money in their projects, rather look for a ready to move in flat. The quality of their interior work is sub-standard

Earlier migsun group was known by mahaluxmi builders.at that time they deliver their projects on time but now a days they are not able to run .they don't have their own staff with the help of dealers and broker they try to sell their property with fake commitment.at the time of booking they offer a lot of things but after booking they denied and did not refund single rupee.their broker promise different thing and they promise something else .in case of any issue they strictly denied and say you did not make a deal directly with me.i would like to suggest if you are purchasing any thing from migsun first u should take all things in written.

We booked a flat in Migsun Ultimo almost 4yrs back but till today project is not ready for possession and builder is demanding 100 payment against temperaroy occupancy certificate which is not as per law. Condition of flat and construction materials used are very bad quality. I believe Noida authority will not give clearance or OC for this project.

Please save your money, don't buy flat from Migsun group.
