Migsun Group, Ghaziabad

We booked a flat in Migsun Ultimo almost 4yrs back but till today project is not ready for possession and builder is demanding 100 payment against temperaroy occupancy certificate which is not as per law. Condition of flat and construction materials used are very bad quality. I believe Noida authority will not give clearance or OC for this project.

Please save your money, don't buy flat from Migsun group.

BIG FRAUD COMPANY. MIGSUN IS THE WORST REAL ESTATE COMPANY IN DELHI NCR. THEY DO FRAUD BY TAKING YOUR BOOKING AMOUNT AND LATER CANCELLING THE BOOKING BY GIVING ANY LAME REASON. THEY DO NOT EVEN REFUND THE AMOUNT. THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE A CSTOMER CAR TEAM. IT IS RUN BY A BUNCH OF FOOLS WHO DO NOT EVEN KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS. THE OWNER IS A BIG TIME FRAUD AND WILL BE BEHIND BARS VERY SOON.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING A CHEAP FLAT FROM THEM. YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

Don't buy property from this Migsun group. Read the agreement before signing it. What is said and what is done both things are different. Once your money is caught nobody is going to help you from their staff. We are already their victim.

3months ago I went to see migsun vilasa in greater noida for flat. Project looking good. so i have booked two flats in the Migsun vilasa. me and my friend we both booked one flat. after booked the amount of 5% they told us for finance for the remaining amount. they told us they provide the finance service. But Now 3 months gone but they can''''t provide any banker or finance provider for finance . I have called many time but they told We will arange the Banker soon for your loan. But till now my loan not Passed. I think going in Migsun vilasa is my Big fault . you have to enquire about the services provided by migsun or else paid all the money. Bad service from migsun. Not satisfied.

This building looks good from outside but when you come and live you , you know how badly finished this place is and what problems are there in the building.

They have problems like water leakage and water seepage and we have to constantly communicate with the officals who are in charge of water supply because of this and it is quite a pain, honestly!

Many of the flats have been facing deadline in terms of enduring final delivery of the projects as compared to many of the flats that are offered by its competitors. This case needs to be changed since this is not a lasting solution for many of the upcoming projects in pipeline.

Basic entertainment services are not provided in any of the nearby places. This leads to a feeling of boredom among people living in the vicinity. This creates a big problem.

Horrible area to live in! Transportation is so difficult from this place; especially if you travel by train! Also since the area is remote, it is very scary to travel alone even in the evenings!

As compared to taking construction loans for commercial purposes from the bank, many of the builders prefer to simply delay the project and possibly head towards cutting down on the labour resources. Since this seems to be a cheaper option for them. High interest rates is one of the problems the builders are actively facing.

The car lift is not made well and is constantly malfunctioning, which causes us a lot of problems when we need to go out with the car and it is a huge issue which creates a lot of inconvience for us all the time!

The construction quality of the projects is not credible enough since many of the previously living tenants have considered the option to vacate the premises due to poor social infrastructure space and quality value.

The money spent here is not used properly and to get our unit registered is like mental tortue! We kept begging their customer service to do it but they never give us a proper reply! I am so frustrated! I invested in a wrong property and would not want anyone else to do so!

We had to bear a huge cost because of their changes in plans all the time. Plus, they did not consult the buyers when they made the changes. The finished product is not that good, so we are not that happy.

This realstate is one of the top realstates of Ghaziabad, my uncle recently booked a 2 bhk flat in an apartment, when I visited there, to see the house, I was shocked to see that. Really it was spacious enough . It has spacious rooms, and well furnished, modern kitchen and bathroom and 1 large hall. I never heard about Migsun amulya before that it provides such facilities in affordable price. Really hard to get such facilities in today's time. Not just this, it also gives you flat in best location with easy connectivity.

A totally fraud company, which looted our 3.28 lacs.

We booked an apartment on dated 16/12/2017 in Mannat- Sun 6- 1805(Greater Noida) through one of their agent “PROPSHOP” on the written email confirmation about 100% money back in occasion if the home loan gets declined. however our home loan didn’t get approved that they know already and now it’s been ages that we don’t have any hope of getting our money back as now this fraud company denies the fact that they don’t have any relation with PROP-SHOP” agent although the reality is that they booked our appointment through the very same company and agent.

Now the apartment which we booked has been allotted to some one else and we receivedNO MONEYbut the termination letter for our apartment.

Migsun Group seems reliable compared to some others we checked out... They' ve delivered on past projects so gave us confidence while booking! Felt safar going with a developer that has good track record.

Visited 2-3 migsun Group sites before deciding. Layouts were nice and not overly cramped... team was helpful too. They gave us all the details without pushing us to rush the decision.

I recently purchased a property with Migsun group I really liked how the entire process was seamless. Their team was very supportive and guided me through every step. I’m happy with my decision and looking forward to moving in soon.

Migsun group is one of the few real estate developers that provide quality homes. Their customer service team is very responsive, and I had no trouble getting my queries answered.
