Migsun is a known developer in Delhi NCR, region and have delivered the desired project on time. My Friend has suggested me this place of migsun and affordable too. Looking forward for it.

I Have booked a 2 BHK flat in the heart of Ghaziabad at Migsun Kiaan. One of my uncle suggested me to buy a flat in Migsun Kiaan. They provided unique features like ample parking spaces, 24/7 power back up, a one-stop shopping complex and many more.

Best Builder in NCR. Happy to invest in its project Migsun Kiaan in Vasundhara which is in the best location. Also, the connectivity is excellent. Also, the shopping centres, the facilities & conveniences are in the vicinity.

Have booked a resale flat at Migsun Kiaan at Vasundhara. Before booking one, I wanted to buy a home where connectivity plays a crucial role and Migsun Kiaan has the best. I and my wife visited the site and I am happy that we got a new home at such a convenient locality. Migsun Kiaan is connected properly and is constructed with good quality. The Vaishali Metro, proper road connectivity, hospitals, banks, schools and shopping malls etc. all are in the vicinity.

Don't buy property from this Migsun group. Read the agreement before signing it. What is said and what is done both things are different. Once your money is caught nobody is going to help you from their staff. We are already their victim.

A totally fraud company, which looted our 3.28 lacs.

We booked an apartment on dated 16/12/2017 in Mannat- Sun 6- 1805(Greater Noida) through one of their agent “PROPSHOP” on the written email confirmation about 100% money back in occasion if the home loan gets declined. however our home loan didn’t get approved that they know already and now it’s been ages that we don’t have any hope of getting our money back as now this fraud company denies the fact that they don’t have any relation with PROP-SHOP” agent although the reality is that they booked our appointment through the very same company and agent.

Now the apartment which we booked has been allotted to some one else and we receivedNO MONEYbut the termination letter for our apartment.
