Migsun group have most Unprofessional staff I have ever seen in my life. I sent almost 100 emails buts there was no response from the builder. I even called them on their official mobile numbers but they don’t pick their phones. They take money and make false promises and once they have payments, they stop taking your phone calls.

Every commitment made at the time of Booking proved false. After taking money, no one will receive your call, neither reply to your emails / Letters and you will run behind them. Employee behaviour is very Bad, they have only one answer to all your problems ‘JUST GO TO RERA’.

I bought in MIGSUN KIAAN, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. At Booking Time, Infinity Swimming pool on Terrace was promised but now, even there is no Swimming pool at all. Completion was committed for October, 2022 but even in January, 2024, there is no hope of Possession in near future.

If this Builder have made any commitment of Discount at the time of possession or Gift item, be sure that it will not be fulfilled because at the time of Possession you will pray to God, to get the Flat in any condition.

And for Quality, don’t ask, Just come and See at MIGSUN KIAAN Flats(Other Than Sample Flats)

Migsun group is a great developer. Always came up with best projects and amenities. One should definitely go for it once.

One email and call got from vivek lall of migsun group that everybody knows ansal failed to give plots or flats and investors money stucked. So ansal victim can apply with 10% advance with form of RDC mahalaxmi mall floor 6th, shop no.1 for transfer of ansal amount with principle+80% interest against 10 year back amount or app 8.35% per annum simple interest. After making transfter credit note and handover to migson my 10 lac principle+ 8 lac interest total 18 lac got to migson but he refused to give me any property or refund or return of credit note. Im waiting from 3 month for receipt against credit note amount. Now they are saying that migsun owner mr. yash miglani not giving approval. Neither They are returning my amount not giving credit note back and not giving property, even not replying. Now Im taking police action.

Quality is pretty good. Sizes of flats are little bigger comparative to the other society flats in the same location of Kiaan. Waiting for completion to see the finishing of overall construction.

Beautifull society with modern amenities, I have invested in 2 bhk and I must say the ambience of the society is very good, and I got huge discount on deal. I am veru happy with my decision.
