Buying a home at Golden Homes Opulence? You have to deal with an egoistic sales person Mr Manikandan. And, yes, he has got stories to tell for each complaint/bad review mentioned on Mouthshut when asked.

I checked Golden Opulence Apartments inside out, quality of construction is substandard, hence, in spite of being a 5-6 year old society, still there are unsold flats and yes, here too, Mr. Manikandan will tell you a story of the owner being a rich zamindar, etc, had kept some flats for himself and now selling them, total BOGUS! If you don't believe, check the price appreciation trend of this society in comparison to other societies in the area. You'll be shocked to know instead of going up its value has gone down by 5.9% whereas other societies in the same area have gone up by 4%. This speaks for the quality and value of the society. For this too, Mr Manikandan will tell you a story of paid ads, etc. Don't fall for the trap.
