Badly managed project, poor CRM, awful experience

Good things - The specifications and quality of what is promised is given.

Bad Things - Poorly executed construction, bad Customer relationship, awful handing over of apartment.

I am owner of Flat booked in 2013 handed over in 2018. Still the block is not in livable condition. Central amenities are not functional yet, the basement car parking is not allotted, club house is not completed, dogs roam in the basement, water seepage in the basement during rains.

Our block has formed a group and we are pushing him to complete the project but very poor progress, so we do protest march on weekends in the block wearing black t shirts.
