Epitome of unprofessionalism!

The most unprofessional people u can ever come across. As long as they have to collect the payments they are very prompt and when the handover part comes in there is no communication or transperancy which mind u it's upto u to followup as they thake no initiative in doing so. The management does things as they please and the CRMs are just their messengers whith no power to do anything. Inspite of this if u r willing to deal with this builder please be extra cautious on the payments and taxes and cross check them at every point including what they wride in the receipts. We are facing trouble now because of their internal goof up in paying the taxes. While we were prompt in all the payment installments and taxes. If anyone from this builder's side wants to dispute this review I am ready to respond to them on any platform with documented proof.
