All the issues shared on other Aparna Constructions are now again happening with the ongoing Aparna Zicon as well.

  1. No response to emails and calls.

  2. Frequent change in delivery date Sep'24 to Nov'24 to Mar'25 to Apr'25 and still going

And for all the change in dates I have to chase them they didnot had the curtuosy to inform upfront.
