Extremely Disappointed with Alliance Space Station

I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment. I had booked a flat with Alliance Space Station, Hyderabad, and cancelled it back in 2020. At the time of cancellation, I was assured that my amount would be refunded in equal instalments. Its now been five years, and I am still waiting for the refund that was promised.

The handling of my case has been utterly unprofessional and disorganized. Initially, my case was assigned to Anand from the cancellation team. Then it was passed on to Rajesh, then to Imran, and nowshockinglyits back to Anand again. It feels like I am being thrown around in circles deliberately, with zero accountability.

Despite my numerous calls and emails, no one from their team has ever bothered to provide a proper update or resolution. On the rare occasion that someone does answer the phone, Im told:

Youll receive your refund in two months.

That line has been repeated to me for yearshow many more two months do I have to wait?

This experience has not only caused me financial stress but also a complete loss of trust in the developer. I urge others to think twice before investing in Alliance Space Station. Their customer service is abysmal, their commitments are unreliable, and their internal communication is a complete mess.

I hope this review serves as a warning to potential buyers. For me, this has been nothing short of a nightmare.
