The carpet area of this place is small. A 1 BHK house is sold by saying that it is a 2 BHK and they charge the same price.

Even after pleading with them to give us our flats as soon as possible, the construction has not started yet. So, clearly they have no interest in making the flats, so beaware of them and do not let your money get wasted.

Really amazing amenities, all made up of red brick which is neccessary for us to buy a property and price is reasonable in this area, bus stop, railway station, schools all are nearby it satisfy our basic needs.
