I once decided to stop at this enormous hotel when I was to Pune in a business trip with my business partners. We have decided to stop here as it was quite close to our business center where we negotiated. So, the service here is awesome, because the staff politely communicated with us and explained all the details concerning our residing.


The rooms were clean and it was quite cold in the room, hence we had a good sleep. I wish I would visit this place earlier when I was to Pune for the first time. These days it's one of my favorite hotels, because I try to remember only positive things about them=)

Prime location project, had a great experience regarding the material quality. On time possession with minimal hassle

Builder Issues with land owners

Entry road to project is blocked. Construction material is not of good quality. Locks and latches coming out in 1 year of occupancy. Society mantainence issues with builders. Took lot of time to resolve STP. Lack of transparency. Very hard water and huge tanker consumption
