Electrical connection not provided, in some places even light poles for electrical cable not erected, purchased plot 8 years ago but still not able to get electrical connection due to electrical poles near my plot have to electricity as before that poles not installed, how a person lives there without electricity, builder not able to give basic amenities.

We got no document that we could review so that we could see what we like and do not like and negotiate with them. It is absolutely not fair.

There have been many instances where the developers have not been providing clear cut picture so as to enable the buyers to accurately scrutinize the different kinds of amenities before they head towards visiting the site for final clarification

Since the developers have been charging excessive on the prices of homes with attempts to increase the margin and with the intention to retain buyers, it is very common that the developers have been excessively loaded with real estate apartments in the luxury home segments.

There has to eb a need of many policies that need to be devised so as to encourage transportation alternatives and thereby Improve availability and accessibility of public transport including bus stops and discounted bus fares.

They told us that they would build something for the kids but they did not do that and we were very disappointed with that.

There are many projects in pipeline for which the buyer has not been on the receiving end of the complete list of fittings from the Builder. This should generally never be the case and the Buyer should be acknowledged of the same as soon as the registration of the process is complete.

The maintenance charges of this property is just to high! We were not given an idea that the charges will be so exorbitant! The facilities and amenities that they provide are not that great because there are too many people living in the complex and their facilities do not accomodate everyone!

One of the most significant impact of the buyers having their stocked up inventory list is that the real estate brokers offer very less property options for the buyers because even if the list is stocked up the buyer is not able to find appropriate seller.
