Review On Wadhwani Construction, Pune

I am living in Sai Sree Society of Wadhwani Construction and I am writing this on behalf of all 126 flat residents here.

People here are dealing with daily problems due to substandard material used in construction. To highlight  society only have one lift per block and on the top of that lift is of ATLANTA company which have close out . We face daily hardships due to lift getting broken down on daily basis and we cant get maintenance as company has already closed down. We think builder here is at fault as he has gone to this new company because of economic benefit also and due to their monetary benefit, all the residents are suffering.

Besides lifts, there are other problem as such common are lighting, seepage and others.

This can go on, but I will advise to look carefully for their options before going for Wadhwani Constructions.
