Varun Builders and Developers, Pune

This is one of the famous builder in our area. And we had given him the work of renovating the builder four years back. But till now it is not completed.

The builder just change the mapping and architect of the building every year. He also don't listen to our suggestions. He is very rude. Number of workers working are very less. So the project speed is slow.

Even he don't visit the site regularly. The part of the building which is completed is not proper. It don't have proper electricity and water supply. The cost of the contract he took is very high. I suggest not to give any building work or contract to this builder.

Varun builders and devopers are mainly pune builders. And they are builded many buildings in pune. After the sahara builders varun buildres and developers are came to existence. But they are nit a good builders compared to sahara developers. Varun builders and developers are building the small scale buildings and they don't have good infrastructure and architecture. Mainly they don't build with good builders.

They built a building in m Mangalore which in not proper and there is lots of low materials  that is the main problem of infrastructure. And the main problem of infrastructure no buildings are not look and the space in the building is little and it is not worth for buying the commercial buildings are good but problem of construction. They are not scientific. And most of all buildings. Are not bigger in size. And varun builders and developers they do not give any facilities so there is a lot of scope to improve.
