The location of the property need proper build-up. The locality needs to cater to the daily needs of goods and services since there are no such proper facilities. There are a very few retail and factory outlets in the nearby vicinity. The multi-product stores and a shopping mall need good amount of development.
Properties are not attractive to buyers

It has been since post GST that the service tax even for an under-constructive property which was up to 4.5% has now elated to straight 12% is not suitable for the buyers creating barriers in the minds of the buyers and investors to move on with the flat purchase.
Their approvals and licenses are not in place.

There are many builders who simply try to lure the buyers by providing attractive deals and offers like the facility for modular kitchen that comes built-in in the houses. There are also builders that charge a tad extra on flats that lie in the premium segment and this needs to change.
No prevention on water from rains

There is clearly no system in place to ensure runoff from naturally occurring rain and land conditions will be taken care of. Practically, there is no recourse to recover for the damage. This is not a positive indication for the owners who want to just move in.

These rates turn out to be flickering once the token is received by the builder. Many of the owners have declined ownership to the flats as a result of this.
