Unnathi is the best, they responded fast all the time an the price for the plots were very reasonable.I felt very lucky to find the company like unnathi.

I have given one star as it is the least possible rating.

This company and its associates are bigtime cheaters. I have invested in one of their layouts as it is located in a place with good growth prospects. It was a horrible experience dealing with them right from day one. No amenities were provided in the layout and the builder(Gopinath) has been demanding the plot owners to pay exorbitant maintenance fees for empty plots. The owners have been averting his several other moves to extort more money from them.

Even if it costs you more, better invest in properties developed by reputed builders. Property location alone shouldn't be the criterion.

I strongly warn against any association with Unnathi Cheaters.

We have booked a site of 30x40 measurement in General Insurance Layout in 2014 for 1, 299/sq.ft. We took loan and invested in this as we sensed a good returns on this investment. We were unaware of the fact that this developer is a fraud and do not have any ethics in business.

They have collected 3 out of the four installments within the first couple of years assuring to register the site by the end of 2016 and finally in the end of 2017(already delayed by 1 year) they are now asking us to withdraw on condition that the deposited amount will be returned to us after 6 months or the second option is to shift our investment in his other project that is opposite to this layout and pay a premium rate of about 2000.sq.ft.

The reason for the above is said to be "unfavorable norms for the developers in RERA ACT" due to which they are not going to continue with this project anymore but the fact is that they will complete the project on a later stage and sell these sites at the current market price.

This developer is very much unreliable and I would not suggest anyone to invest in any of their projects.

I and my 3 other friends booked 30/40 site in General insurance in Unnathi Group India Inc 1.5years before. They had showed is land in Agriculture zone and unnathi md Gopinath had entered agreement with Landlords. But after 1.5 years when we call office they have no clue about what development has happened in last 1.5 years. When contacted Gopinath itself he very unprofessional while talking to his customers. He said if u dont trust us cancel your booking and get refund. He very arrogant doesnt have courtesy to speak to his clients.

After this we felt fishy and went spot and enquired with local people. The local person said the landlords who had entered agreement with Unnathi are in litigation with Unnathi as they had not got agreed amount on time. Now they are cancelling agreement with Unnathi. So Unnathi Showed litigated land and done Booking.

They will show one land on Main road to booking and after all our hard earned has reached them they will give less worth in 1km inside main road. This is there history same as Excise layout on the same road. We are all cheated by Unnathi.

Now we have decided to cancel booking.

We will get only booking amount but Unnathi has invested largely collected for this in different lands and they are making crores as we customers suffer. We are planning for mass protest in front of office once we get in touch with all other customers who have booked in General Insurance Layout so we can get better compensation.

I had booked in Excise layout through unnathi group india in sree Krishna developers 3.5 years back . They had promised they will deliver site in one year. But till now they have not done anything. From last 2years they're are saying it's government process is happening. They got money and invested in all other lands and we suffering. Gopinath who is md for this is a very arrogant man doesn't even speak with if he speak he speak to us as if we are beggars.

I have enquired regarding all the projects they are doing only sunshine gardenia is approved rest all are fraud. General insurance layout they don't have land they faking to customers.

beware of unnathi group. Your hard earned money is at risk.

I am going for refund.

I wont recommend unnathi builder to anyone. I have very bad experience with this builder in Excise society layout.  showed a wrong land on the road side as excise society layout and my money was trapped for years. Get away from this builder.The builder wont keep his word.
