Review On Unnathi Developers and Promoters, Bangalore

We have booked a site of 30x40 measurement in General Insurance Layout in 2014 for 1, 299/sq.ft. We took loan and invested in this as we sensed a good returns on this investment. We were unaware of the fact that this developer is a fraud and do not have any ethics in business.

They have collected 3 out of the four installments within the first couple of years assuring to register the site by the end of 2016 and finally in the end of 2017(already delayed by 1 year) they are now asking us to withdraw on condition that the deposited amount will be returned to us after 6 months or the second option is to shift our investment in his other project that is opposite to this layout and pay a premium rate of about 2000.sq.ft.

The reason for the above is said to be "unfavorable norms for the developers in RERA ACT" due to which they are not going to continue with this project anymore but the fact is that they will complete the project on a later stage and sell these sites at the current market price.

This developer is very much unreliable and I would not suggest anyone to invest in any of their projects.
