Hi everyone

The properties theya are showing are not owners. Go with real owners.

Shivappa acts like a rowdy he is thinking like no one can do anything to him

Rameshappa is short tempered he will lie untill you book the properties after that you will get to know he lied. He will say all owners of there properties are relatives.

From me they taken 60k cash for cancelling the property and they returned amount after 7months of booking and lied that owner not given the check .

I can say they are very roude...

Do not opt for an apartment in this complex because this will not provide the amenities as listed by the builder, also the carpet area is very less.

These people are cheats and will take your money and run away if you do not be careful with them, so make your lawyers read their documents and ensure that you will not be in a dangerous situation.

They keep postponing showing us the licenses and the approvals that we need to see as buyers of this property. After a certain time, I stopped asking them for the same and decided not to invest in this property.

The people who have been consistently living in these areas have been complaining about poor rental yields as compared to the stats of all the previous years. Many of the people have started to not to live on rent in these flats and have switched on to living in other areas where the cost incurred is comparatively less.

A lot of fuss has been caused which can be factored in by the corruptions that goes around as a process of seeking approvals from the government before actually working on a project. This somehow leads to creating a poor impression for the customers that are actively involved.

The owners are not so concerned about the negotiation of the flat prices and this leads to general resentment among the buyers who are looking forward towards buying flats. When the deal does not proceed towards effective negotiation, it shows a lack of interest in the builder to close the deals.

Investing in real estate is no longer tax friendly since the rental income that the owner can get from a tenant has income tax levied on it. Income tax that is also levied capitals gains made from property transactions does not make real estate so tax friendly especially post the GST tax rates.

The carpet area of this place is quite small as compared to other 2 BHK houses and yet they have the audacity to demand the same price as the bigger house. It is not a worth it investment as per me.

There is clearly no system in place to ensure runoff from naturally occurring rain and land conditions will be taken care of. Practically, there is no recourse to recover for the damage. This is not a positive indication for the owners who want to just move in.
