Cheating Customers in General Insurance Layout

I and my 3 other friends booked 30/40 site in General insurance in Unnathi Group India Inc 1.5years before. They had showed is land in Agriculture zone and unnathi md Gopinath had entered agreement with Landlords. But after 1.5 years when we call office they have no clue about what development has happened in last 1.5 years. When contacted Gopinath itself he very unprofessional while talking to his customers. He said if u dont trust us cancel your booking and get refund. He very arrogant doesnt have courtesy to speak to his clients.

After this we felt fishy and went spot and enquired with local people. The local person said the landlords who had entered agreement with Unnathi are in litigation with Unnathi as they had not got agreed amount on time. Now they are cancelling agreement with Unnathi. So Unnathi Showed litigated land and done Booking.

They will show one land on Main road to booking and after all our hard earned has reached them they will give less worth in 1km inside main road. This is there history same as Excise layout on the same road. We are all cheated by Unnathi.

Now we have decided to cancel booking.

We will get only booking amount but Unnathi has invested largely collected for this in different lands and they are making crores as we customers suffer. We are planning for mass protest in front of office once we get in touch with all other customers who have booked in General Insurance Layout so we can get better compensation.
