Every year, it is seen that the buyer is ought to experience Rs.50-100 psqft price change and this has been increasing every alternate week on the infrastructure fees. This should not be the case and should change for the benefits of the customers.

Apart from the regulations that need to be taken into account for parking, it has been seen that many of these are very confusing and fees may apply at certain times but not others. The timing specification lacks clarity.

There have been numerous instances from the past where investors have been distressed with their money stuck in delayed projects. The condition of the delayed projects have possibly been due to the lack of the workforce to actively contribute to getting the work done in terms of project completion.

There have been issues in the drainage system and the pipes and this leaves a bad stench everywhere, which is unbearable and is causing us headaches and pains.

There are some problems with the area because the land on which the building is built is slum rehabilitation land, so we don't know what issues we are going to face, but there may be some in the future.

We did not get the document which states that the land on which the building is constructed in non-agricultural, which is why I decided not to invest in this project! Ask them for the document! If they are able to show it to you only then go forward!
