The facing location is situated to a crowd which is not worth it. The nearby localities need improvement in terms of basic amenities. Transport facility is also not so good in this locality. There are no playing facilities to keep the body in an active state. It is not centrally located.

Cant raise the lease

Given the current conditions, the government is not involved in actively yielding a proper direction so as to allow the owners and the land proprietors to raise the lease. Nor is the facilitation so strong that weight on the land isn't lease controlled.

They will treat you like a god until the time to take possession comes near! Some new restrictions and demands magically come in the agreement and they say that they had discussed it before! This is just not done.
