Legal issues.

They have really got to do something about the car lift because a car fell down in the car shaft and nobody is paying any attention to the kind of damage that could cause.

Bad construction quality!

They have made the flat using such bad quality ingredients that we have to spend a lot of time behind repairs and wear and tears of the flat! We brought a new flat so that we could stay in comfort, but it does not look like we can!

Type of blocks not mentioned

There have been instances where the type and thickness of blocks used for construction have not been mentioned. There have also been cases where the brand of cement in the construction details have been missed out.

They will lie tooth and nail to sell you the property! Later you will get to know of the flaws in property like there is a huge sewage near the property that leaves a horrible stench!
