Low parking turnover rate

This is one of the major problems that has been seen caused when there are many big vast automobiles that have been occupying the same spaces for at least 4 hours (on average) which is not acceptable by many.

Increase in cost of projects

Since there has been a massive delay in the developer ascertaining the state government regarding the interest to build up a project and the developer receiving relevant funds for the build up of same, developers are not provided Completion Certificate and that has led to the developers raising the price of projects.

Builder not clearly giving details

Since the very start, it has been seen that the builder has never tried to be upfront with regards to the details that should be formerly provided to the new buyers regarding the buy-in details of the flat and this has created incredibility among the new buyers.

Buyer expect immediate inspection.
