Bad builder

Review On Townscape Developers, Pune

I have taken flat in hadpsar in SIMPLE PARK PROJECT BY TOWNSCAPE  associate. They gave me possession after 3/4 month of their commitment.

After possession I have noticed defact / work remain of window plumbing  /sink, windows r bad quality old type  glass not fitted properly  gap remains after closure / not fitting properly, sink plumbing poor quality, leakage occur within 10 days of possession, & lot of minor defect.

I have informed to office , site engineer  & one of director in written  &  verbal 100 times   they just checked all defect  & promised to solve within few days, as their work is still remaining after repeated request , they just promising that problem will solve within few days in between I received a notice to pay VAT, that I paid immediately without any delay assuming that they will solve my problem yet till today after 1 1/2 yrs of possession, no problem solve, when I called / requested , they arrogantly answered that NO PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED , DO ANYTHING OR COMPLAIN ANY WHERE.

SO I KINDLY REQUEST ALL TO NOT INVEST IN TOWNSCAPE PROPERTY
