Be ware of Townscape developers

I bought a flat from Townscape in mid nov 2009, which they were claiming to be ready for possession (they told me it would take just 15 days to get over) They handed me in Mid of January 2010.

Ok thats not a huge delay. But the story starts from there, till date i.e. 10th nov 2010 they have not got the completion certificate from the pune corporation which means no society formation and no drinking water.

Now you decide what is the point in getting the possesion??

I went to them several times asking for what happened forthe completion certificate, they blame the corporation say' yeh sarkari kaam hai, govt waale aisa hi karte hai hum kuchh nahi kar sakate" That means I am clueless about when am I going to get water.

They also started a project called Alaknanda in tngre nagar itself and Mithila nagari in Pimple saudagar, almost 1 yr later, surprisingly they have got the completion certificate for Mithila Nagari may be because its a far big project which they dont want to play with.

I believe they neglect their small projects.
