The do not cooperate while formation of society and don't get bothered with the written complaints or even legal notices. Think skinned and provocative, when talked to.

All he is interested in is cheating people out of money and leaving hundreds of flat owners helpless with commercial premises built where children play area was supposed to be.

Total loss of faith. Don't trust this group better to stay on rent for life long.

I have purchased flat in poorva residency, pimple saudagar society in , while negotiating at the time of purchase of the flat mktg guy has offered lot of things like snow white tiles in flat, extra commode, Tiles in complete dry complete area, mosquito net blah blah....We found the builder's behavior very co operative at the time of purchase of the flat. Then after registration of the flat builder start showing his own attitude which is of course not well. He has started behaving rude and arrogantly and asking for the money the things he committed at the beginning for the basic things like mosquito net , dry balcony tiles , few electrical points (which are basic) by saying that these are not in their standards list. Also the staff in site operation is never co operative..

Partner of the Tejas estate developers behaves very rudely with customers.

Quality of construction is very poor. Leakages has started in plumbing from the day first of entry in flat. Electrical holders used are of poor quality (as that is the part of the electrical fittings that we can see from outside).The quality of door is very poor.Painting is also poor. After purchase, you will definitely get frustrated.
