I want to thank the Teerth Towers sales team for their constant support and patience. Teerth Towers is my first investment buy in Pune. Since it was my first buy initially I was a bit reluctant and confused about the developer and the project because the developer is comparatively new and so is the project. I did a little field work to know as to what the others think about the developer and his projects. I got a mixed review about the same and I got all the more confused. I wanted to be absolutely sure about the project before putting in my hard earned money into it. Though I had read a lot of good reviews about the developer and Teerth Towers I wanted something more solid to come to consensus. I had seen few other projects by other developers but was not too happy about either the location or the amenities that they offered. Teerth Towers was amongst the few shortlisted projects that fit my budget. My wife and I zeroed upon Teerth towers since it was closer to me and my wife’s workplace.

I called up the Teeth realty sales office and was pleasantly surprised by the way they handled each of my questions. I got a better idea about the project and also about the various amenities that I would be getting in and around my house, various loan options. The sales team asked me visit the site office, which I did and understood the project better. The sales team was extremely cooperative and were very professional in their approach. I am happy to say that I am a happy owner of my first own home in Teerth Towers and am fully satisfied with my decision.
