I have bought a flat in this scheme in 2008 with possession date in 2010 No possession till Nov 2014 and don't know when we will get the possession. Builder has taken 100% Payment.

Other issues:

1. Builder increasing the scope of the projects by adding new buildings and adding more floor to existing building.

   
   




2. Small patch of Road to society is in very bad condition in rainy season difficult to ride bike and impossible to use car. Builder promised to complete the road but he is running away from promise.
