Beware before buying properties from Suraj.

If you are buying underconstruction property, they are overpriced. Plus, while they give rosy stories before buying, they change colours after you buy. Possession is extremely delayed.

They only have a effective sales team, but a very poor customer service team.

I visited my friend who is staying in one of Suraj properties. The flat is extremely cramped. Layout is not good, because of which you don’t get to use area effectively. This is true for all its flats. And like before, overpriced.

Suraj was good once upon a time. But all it’s properties are now overpriced, small and delayed.
