Sai Aashirwad project by SUNNY developers(Sus Road, Behind Pashankar Auto, Baner, Pune) started in 2010. Till now(July 2016), the conveyance deed is pending. Mr.Aniruddh Patil(person responsible for construction and sales) never picks up the phone/ hear the problems/ provides solution to the problems, once the flat is sold out.
-The intercom facility which was mentioned in the sale brochure and has been discussed many times, is not provided in the flats.
-Within a year of possession, many flats and building structure has shown leakage problems which shows the poor construction quality. The residents had to get it done at their end.
-The sale brochure showed different garden area and party lawn area, with swings/rides for children in the garden area. But the builder made a small single garden area, to cut costs.
-The residents themselves made efforts for getting water supply and connecting roads by approaching concerned authorities after facing problem for years, although it was promised by the builder and there were no efforts from his side.
The builder lobby is busy in making money, but they don't understand that it is very difficult for the common man to invest their whole savings for buying a flat and then continue paying the home loan for their whole life. The builder just use the hard earned money of buyers to make other projects, and the buyer remains suffering.
