Sukhwani Constructions, Pune

I am new buyer from Sukhwani Constructions and purchased flat at Sukhwani Niketan in Pimpri Waghere. To be honest the builder is fraud and corrupt. Also the staff more worst than the builder specially the lady who coordinate with customer. Initially she is soft when customer is purchasing and yet to pay the amount, once customer pays the whole amount her actual face comes up makes customer to suffer for his problems.

In last 9 months I am physically and mentally frustrated by these people. Flat conditions is so worst that I cant say that I purchased new flat, the quality and finishing of flat is third class. Still they are not able to give me parking facility and whenever asked they do not have answer and start reacting like they sold us the flat for free and NOW starting saying that if you dont like sell the flat and GO OUT.

My suggestion is purchase flat from builders who has some repo in the market and has some good reviews and feedback.

Sukhwani constructions is the one of the worst builder in PCMC area and don't do any kind of business with this builder as you will be in trouble once you make a deal with them.

I am writing review to aware you about builder and "Builder assistance" .

Builder :- Nice builder , good construction and good talking skill of builder .

Builder assistance(Inamdar madam) :- SOCH SAMJH K BAAT KARNA .

Before Buying flat she is like a Cow , and after Down Payment , She is Sherni .

I am the one who take care everything ,all bed mouth and bla bla bla . She don't know any update about anything (govt duties ) except the price which need to take from customer .

BEST IS BUY FLAT OF SUKHWANI CONSTRUCTION BUT NOT DO DILL WITH INAMDAR MADAM.. DO ONLY WITH BUILDER ... OTHERWISE you will be in trouble .
