Good and reputed builders, Known for Loyal, Reasonable and creative minded team. Will surely recommend to others.

First we bought a Villa for my own, after seeing the quality of construction and the design plan, my relatives ended up signing them with 2 more projects.

I would strongly recommend for those who are all looking for budgeted without scarifying the contemplate design and the quality of construction.

Worst builders, no loyalty, no ontime delivery

A worst developer in chennai, Sree builders(Jaisree and Raghavan) both are very worst always ask for money without completing any activities. They will be super cool till you put agreement with them.

After that you need to run behind them, 4 projects getting delayed from them, some atleast 4 years delay.

Cheating builders, DONT BOOK FLATS or LAND WITH THIS CHEATING GUYS
