As the name goes, it is truly bliss! The apartment is located at such a location that the surrounding ambience is perfectly a blessing for all those who desire to stay is a peaceful locality. I am preparing for my medical entrance exam and I need a peaceful place where I can study and it’s impossible to get such ambience in hostel. I have told mom and dad that I will stay here and have convinced them to buy a flat here as well. The interior, specifications everything is so perfect that I have decided firmly that after I get married I will surely buy a flat here, hope flats are available by that time!

I am realy happy that I work with this company wich situated in pune. That is larger company in india. Its better then they other company. So prefer to job in this company if in future.

I went through their old projects and to my surprise found a colleague who is living in one of their projects. he was able to give me a detailed info about the builders and told me that they are a well reputed group of builders and re known for quality and high end architecture.

I am one of the property buyers of Spark realty . I found their service quite quick and timely. The material they use in my flat is above the mark. The team of Spark realty is quite helpful and understand the needs of their clients. I just want to recommend them to other buyers. The service they have provided me was out of the box. To anyone about to purchase a property that is under construction by any builders in pune - Beware!

most of the builder starts multiple project however doesn't complete any project on time. they continually extends their project completion and possession date without any prior intimation to the apartment/flat owners.

This leads to un-certainity on what's very happening at the project site. The builder himself keeps telling lies on the possession/completion of the project. Keeps arising a requirement letter stating that 50-60% of the flat is finished please release the balance amount Y for completion of remaining 40-50%.

Actually he uses the money for beginning another construction in another a location of Pune. Be careful to purchase flat from other builder. I suggest better go for Spark Realty because they disclose all their charges in advance & they don't have any hidden charges.

Spark realty. fraud company. already did fraud of 5 Crore in Hyderabad then more than 10 crore in Akola, 5 Crore in Pune.

They will give you lot of offers and will not fulfil it.

If you go for cancellation, they will give you post dated cheque which will eventually bounce.

They will keep on giving cheques.

They have form a group having different companies like Matrix Infra, AIM infra(Nagpur), Blue Nile, Spark(Pune).

Beware of these scamsters.
