To anyone about to purchase a property that is under construction by any builders in pune - Beware!

most of the builder starts multiple project however doesn't complete any project on time. they continually extends their project completion and possession date without any prior intimation to the apartment/flat owners.

This leads to un-certainity on what's very happening at the project site. The builder himself keeps telling lies on the possession/completion of the project. Keeps arising a requirement letter stating that 50-60% of the flat is finished please release the balance amount Y for completion of remaining 40-50%.

Actually he uses the money for beginning another construction in another a location of Pune. Be careful to purchase flat from other builder. I suggest better go for Spark Realty because they disclose all their charges in advance & they don't have any hidden charges.
