SNR Constructions, Chennai

We are experience very badly with SNR construction. Before purchasing and giving advance everything went well, they accepted everything you ask . after the advance given and flat registered, they will change entirely . they means builder, engineer everybody.

You dont get any response from the builder . if they say 2 month to completion then it will take 2 years to complete.

They wont provide all the facilities they mentioned in the brochure.

this is the experience we faced in SNR elegance mettukuppam, Thoraipakkam, construction.

Anybody can visit our apartment and get the experience from the house owner.

Guys please be aware before you give single rupee to Mr Ashwin. We struggling to get our money back since 3 years. Don't get cheated by the way Mr. Ashwin and his uncle Mr. Prasad speak. They don't follow any professionalism nor basic ethics. They are just money minded people. They just never care for any concerns of their customers. We are struggling with this kind untrusted people till date. Please double check and get advocate opinion before you proceed with any deals with them. It's our personal experience. Never trust them blindly like us and worry later.

PS: I may get any sort of reply for this that I am a fake user or something. But its 100% true and I am writing this genuinely to my knowledge.

I have purchased an apartment with SNR Constructions chennai and they have been excellent in performing their duties. Will definitely recommend them for your dream home. Every small info you ask them will be available with them and they will be happy to share all the info.
