Fraud Builder – SMS Properties(K S Manikandan & K S Sridhar)

Poor quality of construction

In less than 7 months’ time, I faced lot of quality issues in the construction for my flat, purchased from SMS Properties, Chennai owned by K S Manikandan & K S Sridhar. He doesn't know anything about building. He is fraud and he is looking money only.

1. Big crack in a wall - When escalated they repaired. I came to know that they managed by taking up double white-wash to hide the wall crack. Crack on outside wall also.

   
   




2. Tiles – The laying of floor tiles was very poor. Improper laying work taken up promoter.

   
   




3. ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTIONS – so many deviations

   
   




4. Doors – Builder says, main door is panel teak wood… but it’s not. Very low cost door and also very poor quality doors in all balcony and kitchen… within 5 months period of time, wood is getting damaged in many places. No Anti-Termite treatment.

   
   




5. Out Plastering is not done properly so that the Dampness is there everywhere

   
   




6. Till date he has not handed over the original documents.

   
   




7. He cheated with Registration cost. He’s collecting the more amount for registration

   
   




8. He has not provided a proper drinking water supply and drainage connections.

   
   




9. He cheated with Registration cost. He’s collecting the more amount for registration

   
   




10. Till date no EB connection.

    
    




11. Common area work is still pending.

    
    




12. Car parking is no equal size for all flat owners. Also he is cheated with all flat owners. He promised same car parking area for 2 flat owners.

    
    

Currently he is doing flat in Sankarapuram, Sithalapakkam. DON’T BOOK THE FLAT. DON’T BOOK THE FLAT.
