SMR VINAY ICONIA. Personally we had a wonderful experience with SMR Holdings & Constructions. The person which we delt with was so kind and he helped us a lot. We were really happy with the work of SMR holdings.

They completed the project on time and and gave us our flat as promised. SMR Holdings is definitely not like other builders who promise something spical futures good locality good price.

We chose SMR Holdings because of their promise of quality and care in listening to their clients. We found this not only to be true from the start of our building process but it carried through right to handover of our keys. While there will always be issues when it comes to building, SMR Holdings made it all that less stressful. Communication with us was great.

I found the regular contact with the construction team at various stages of building allowed us peace of mind and also the opportunity to walk through our home half way through construction to ask questions and see progress. Oh, and of course our new home is stunning.SMR Holdings.

I am working as a software engineer in Hyderabad. Our family is a moderate family. My father is doing a business. Past 28 years, we are living in a rental house. My father’s aim is to live in an own house or flat. We preferred OMR. So, I decided to bring my father’s dream comes true. By god’s grace, now I have a reasonable amount to buy a flat in Hyderabad.

Last three months, I watched all the advertisements in Medias about real estate and read all the newspapers about real estate builders who are all having flats in OMR. Gathered those information’s, I prepared the chart. Which builder is suitable for my requirements? There are numerous ongoing projects in OMR. Then, I visited three sites. Unfortunately it’s doesn't meet my expectations. In the mean time, I saw the advertisement About SMR Holdings in newspaper and online.  I have got enough reply and good support. Everyone has treated me as a friend and not just a client.

And also, I visited that site. I felt my expectations have satisfied here. SMR Holdings has intelligent to catch my viewpoint and concentrate about to make a design into justified what I wished. Finally, I booked my 2BHK flat in SMR Holdings.

I am surprised to see all Positive comments about SMR Holdings and I'm sure those are from Marketing people from SMR holdings.the Appa Junction in Hyderabad.

The property is well connected by public transport and hence easily accessible from the railway station and airport. Various schools, hospitals and retail outlets are also nearby making it popular.He said that SMR HOLDINGS is one of best builders, work for their customer satisfaction and also I got a very good review from SMR Holdings customers too . when I went to  site visit. Really I’m impressed by seeing that infrastructure and wonderful amenities of SMR holdings

SMR is very well known builder in South India. It's one of the premire builders in Hyderabad. I have seen many of SMR Holdings projects here,  Tulip, And beleive me, they have build their own world, away from the hazzles of city traffic, in a peaceful environment. amazing.

I liked the plans and construction. Couple of my friends have purchased flats with SMR Holdings their construction is so robust, they provide all basic amenities, and all facilities. cost is on higher side, but with the facilities and security they are providing, it's worth it. Must visit their site or check their projects online in case you are going for buying a property in Hyderabad.

I recently bought my second flat from SMR Builders. I have seen a lot of difference from the old SMR to the new one. They are really very prompt on their services. Though the construction got delayed by 3 months which is fine in a construction industry.

I would definitely recommend SMR Builders to everyone. They are by far the best builders that I came across in the Hyderabad Real Estate Market. They provide ultra modern amenities in all of their apartments I think as I found them to provide it in SMR Vinay Fountainhead Apartments.
