The delay in the completition has forced some of us to live in temporary houses and it is just so frsutrating and annoying because the builders are not taking an interest in completing the project as soon as possible so that the buyers can move in!

We are shocked at the utter unprofessionalism of these builders. They delayed the possession for quite a long time and they have no courtesy to inform the buyers about why it is taking so much time.

Difficult to find a buyer

Nothing for kids.

They have not built anything for children here although they told us they would. It is so important for children to have a good play area to bound with each other and get some exercise. So, if you have kids, I would recommend that you book your house in nearby complexes that have a good provision for kids.
