The name SANKALP contradicts the nature of this builder. They never keep their promises, non of their SANKALP is true, they make false promises and cheat people. They are just money makers and don’t care about how the people who invested their hard earned money would feel after being getting cheated by this builder. Almost 4 years of buying experience with this builder I hereby can let everyone strongly know not to buy any property from Sankalp builders in any of their projects.

They attract people by making buildings at good locations, and believe me that’s the only good thing they do, next they will deliver the worst building quality to you with just a makeup which won’t even last for a month.

Every aspect of the property would be a inferior one. If you complain them regarding anything, they will not listen for months, they wont pick the calls, wont answer emails, won’t entertain you if you visit their office.

All 5 star comments over here are almost fake. This builder deserves 0 Star rating.

Four years and my flat has depreciated to 0 value. Builder hasn’t provided even the basic amenities, our society Sankalp Tatvam is in a miserable condition. Everyone is trying hard to talk to the builder but he never replies. This is very shameful on his part, he is just concerned about how to sell, not concerned about how to provide after sales services. All his team is worthless too. They are rude and offensive, but only after they have made a sale, otherwise before selling they are like gentlemen.

To conclude I would like everyone to know that if you are planning to buy a property from SANKALP BUILDERS in any of their projects then you are certainly draining your hard earned money in dirt. Please beware of their false commitments, visit their other projects, talk to the people living there, see the facilities over there and then make your decision.

Sankalp builders, never forget, God is watching everything, you would be guilty and punished for what injustice and fraud you do with innocent people.

It is not the first time that the new buyers who have recently moved in are facing many of the grave issues related to having to see a bad construction quality of the house or even the apartment as a whole. This needs to change for the good.

After handing over the token to the builder, either the owner faces lack of possession or somehow the title is not clear which was not quite relevant when the builder pitches the specifications to the clients. This needs to change and the proper submission of title should be made effective.

In the times of tight market rates and high soaring rates of inflation, the market prices of the real estate sector and many of the well to do in the state of under constructed projects have been facing grave financial stress. This has led to uncertain and unexpected defaults in the cases of repayment.

They claim extra money at the time of possession and call it possession money. No other builders do that so we wonder why they are charging us to give us the possession of our own flat.

They have no idea how to talk to the clients. They acted clueless when we asked them for the approvals and licenses, so we decided not to book with them.

There have been more than 15 breakdowns in less than a year at this place and it is just not worth staying at this place so I would say that you avoid staying at this property because they have used poor quality construction materials

We have no idea what is going on. We made the booking a long time ago, yet nothing is being done to ensure that we get the house.

Public toilets are absent in the vicinity which leads to lack of hygiene and good health issues from the nearby areas. Emergency travel issues are not catered for tourists. This becomes a graving concern with regards to the builder's reputation.
