There is cement falling off in certain areas! The pipes and the drainage system is bad because of which there is a foul smell that comes and it is unbearable! This is not a house that you would expect for such renowed builders!

There are many cases where the builder has been seen showing off as if he is doing a great deal in not charging any VAT or service taxes to the buyers which is not the case.

There have been many residential plots and projects for which the buyer has been refrained from been handed over the final possession of the flat. It is a standard rule that the buyer should be entitled to receive the compensation for the same but is not showered with the same entitlement.

Not every property may promise instant liquidity in a market that refuses to grow and carry on with its expansion so as to readily convert the land or the property at hand into instant selling and generate equivalent resource of a cash flow.
Make sure that you take a receipt from them.

The builders are such cheaters that they will deny that you paid the money in front of the society committie if you did not take a receipt from them, so make sure that you do that.
