I was searching a luxury flat in affordable price in jagatpura from long time and I was aware of this project also but, when I got to know that this project is funded by Swami h fund which is a government funded project I got confident for this project as almost I have visited atleast 9-10 projects in jagatpura and my R&D for last 1 year in jagatpura for searching flat came to end after booking my flat in this project, lot of amenities which we really need in a housing project, big gym area, big size swimming pool, other lot of amenities which are actually meant for use, my parents kids wife are very happy, I would suggest a serious buyer to check and compare the prices amenities, luxury, every thing which I really feel is in this project and due to some brokers and competative builders who are creating nuisance and negative marketing for this project made me think to buy, but I personally checked deep inside this builder is also good have sense for the home buyer actual needs and he has fulfilled that.

I would suggest personally if any one is really interested to buy a home for his family and himself than try for this project as luxury affordability and transparency will get here only and yes one thing more don't go on fake reviews as brokers and competative builders do for there buisness, better we do our actual research before taking descision on just google search.

All are scam, Varsha one of the employee who take token amount and asked for extra money over and above the agreed final price and told a bla bla story about the building or project, my token amount refund promised by mail but no any refund by builder even one of employee sheeshram is manager of project who make me a fraud promise.if no any authentic person contact me I take a serious action against the 444 exclusive or any one have:send me the contact number of Mr Naveen hiranandnani South delhi(builder's name)

I am extremely disappointed with the unethical practices of this builder. After I made a significant advance payment for a flat, I decided to cancel the purchase for personal reasons. Despite this, the builder refused to return my hard-earned money. Instead, they issued cheques that later bounced, adding to the frustration and stress of the situation.

This builder shows no regard for their customers and seems to have no intention of refunding money even when the buyer cancels the deal. They are taking advantage of people's hard-earned savings, and their deceitful behavior will certainly prevent them from flourishing in the long run.

I strongly urge others to be cautious and avoid any dealings with this builder, as they cannot be trusted.

The exclusive 444 property is a perfect property of luxury and comfort. The apartments are well-designed, and the complex has a great range of amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a high-end residential complex.

They are such renowed builders, yet there are so many issues in their pipes and drainage system and it is a major inconvenience for us, so we have to be careful.

Their website has no approvals and licenses even though they told us to check their website for the approvals and licenses. How can they cheat customers like that is beyond me.

We thought we would be moving in an area that has green spaces and we would get some area when we can roam around and spend some peaceful time, but the builders made buildings in the space where there was supposed to be green trees and now we are stuck with living in a complex that is congusted!

Do not buy from this builder at any cost. They make false promises and take money from trusting buyers and fail to deliver even a single project. You will be naive to expect that you will get your hard earned money back and the interest rate that they promised in case the project got cancelled at the time of booking!

Due to shortage of budget, the developers have been lacking in their adaptability to fix new budget constraints, this leads to lack of workforce, alongside getting resourceful materials that can be put into good use for re-development purposes. This needs to improve.

It is a very common case where many of the projects are not approved by majority of the lenders and this implies that the project fails to abide by the general norms if the lenders are not vey sure with their general criteria.

There has been a tremedous delay in possession, which has caused us a lot of running from helter to shelter to find out why there has been a delay. Plus, we have not got any interest money for the delay!

In the current times, there has been a large mismatch between supply and actual demand in terms of unit and ticket size of the properties. It has been seen that the unit sizes of the properties have drastically failed since the past few months.

Lift is not updated according to time. Height of flats is only 10 fit. Lighting is not well according to time. Constructing material is good. In wooden work only ply board is used. Paint is same in every room. Washable paint absent. Roof sealing is absent. 5 fit plastic paint layer is absent. Small garden area.

I was looking 2 bhk flat for almost a year at affordable price and after a long search in jagatpura I found this project and when I research for this project I got to know that this project is government funded project from Swami h fund sbi and I was fully trusted after that I got a very gud home loan deal from SBI I got my sale deed executed, by the building is in possession period.

I got my flat possession last week .Thanks to the builder and there staff very supportive ????

I heard critics for this project earlier and dropped my idea for this project to book flat but some how later suddenly one of my relative told me for this project and I visited and surprisingly it was a great moment but thought changed as of some brokers and dealers from which I was in contact had cooked fake stories for this project but the scenerio was completely different when I visited the project site the project is ready for possession with the reasonable price and due to competitors.brokers are unnecessarily spreading fake critics for this project. I immediately take descision and book my 3 bhk flat with a good deal.

Spacious room sizes with big windows and balconies no light needed in day time, can feel fresh air and sunlight almost in rooms and kitchen, Amazing?
