Hi Everyone,

I was staying in Shri Balaji Enclave for sometime say for 2 months.

In that building Lift was hanging up all time for 2 to 3 days and no one was responding properly to get it repaired.

When I complained to the company of which lift was stored in building. The staff of that builder was getting abusive and Violent with me saying why did you call the lift maintenance company. He said our boss has said NOT get the lift repaired.

So never ever buy any shop, flat, or anything from balaji developers ever.

Even I heard that the developer has promised to give some money to one of his broker for selling the flats. But unfortunately that broker did not receive any money from him.
