High maintenance fee

Proactive efforts required by the government

It is rightfully the duty of the government to be proactive and propel growth in the real industry in the days to come but since many of the developer projects have been constantly delayed due to lack of proper payment by the builders that are involved, it is the need of the hour that proper actions are taken into account.

Did not take care of much.

They told us that they had taken care of everything, but when we landed there we were very disappointed to find out that they have not really taken care of much. We have no electricity supply and water supply till now, which is causing us a lot of inconvenience.

Bad drainage system and pipes!

There is cement falling off in certain areas! The pipes and the drainage system is bad because of which there is a foul smell that comes and it is unbearable! This is not a house that you would expect for such renowed builders!

The staff does not know how to handle basic questions related to real-estate. Obviously, we could not trust someone who has such a bad customer service respresentative.
