It is horrible how they cheat you during the time of possession! They make unfair demands at the time of possession, which were not mentioned in the original agreement. You have only the option of fighting a legal battle or suffering the injustice!

Leakage Problem

This place has been poorly constructed due to which there is leakage along the roof in the apartments, which become worse during rains! When you contact the builders they do not provide any support whatsoever! After spending so much money over the apartment, this is not what you would expect from them!

There are many projects that are not priced at par as compared to those with the surrounding markets. This is a factor not known to the buyers. This is also the fact that is not mentioned in the agreement clause and needs to change.]

Not following standard norms

The MMOPL has also not followed the requirement of maintaining a distance of 6 meters from the station buildings and other constructions which is generally prescribed by the law. There also have been constructions that are just situated at a distance of 1.5 meters away from the station and that is not safe.

They did not show us the necessary documents

We were not shown the necessary documents that they needed to have since they plan on constructing a house and this made us very suspicious and we avoided buying a house with them.
