Value for Money and Quality for my house

I bought a villa in dollors colony near mapedu,

they build the same what they have committed to the agreement, and the finishing is very good they used the traditinal bricks and river sand to my entire house and budget was Little increased from what they agreed up on.

over all outcome was very good.

We are residing in Villa Shakuntha project by Sathyam Homes.

Hereby feedback of Promoter

Stil now they have not completed any committed amenities(For Last 4 Year).

Quality of Construction is not upto expected level and very bad

Post Sales service from Sathyam Homes is very bad.

Dangerous Reptiles like snake, Varanus are available inside the premius, even after multiple request, they are not shown any interest to clean unwanted bushes for avoiding these reptiles avaialbility in the premises.

Servicing customers is very bad and not addressing Grievances from the customers in proper manner
